Didn't appreciate long hairs on the wall in the shower! Place needs severe maintenance. Booked for two nights, room cards failed the second night and have to have them reset. Still failed on the fitness center. Breakfast was good though!

Clean. Staff does not remain at front desk and there is no bell, so you have to holler to get someone to emerge from the office. Shower leaked like crazy onto the floor no matter what we did. Wasn't non-slip shower floor. Housekeeping left rubber gloves on bedside table and didn't refill either shampoo or shower gel mounted on the shower wall. Had to get them to find a bar of soap for me. Breakfast was decent. USB charging ports were broken.

The property is easy to access and had a comfortable bed. But for a Hampton Inn, the facility was very "worn." Chipped corners exposing the compressed board. More than simply needing a paint job. Weedy exterior. I would stay here again because of the price and ease of access but couldn't recommend it.

The room had a very musky/musty smell to it almost like it had flooded at one point and never fully dried. Was also disappointed to discover that the hot tub was removed. The hot tub was the main reason we had booked here. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was very nice and food options were great. Kitchen staff was very sweet and kind to our daughter.

We were On 3rd floor, elevator was out which we understood but we had one person that had hip surgery a few months ago and one who had knee surgery a few weeks ago, so made our stay much harder. Water was Luke warm at best. Air conditioner worked but not nearly as cool as our home units. Associates were all very nice and we did appreciate that a lot. We rented 2 rooms at the same time and were given 310 and 318 so more walking since the rooms weren't together. We always stay at Hampton when possible although we don’t travel a lot. This one was a disappointment.

The toilet didn’t work when we got there, and you could tell the cover on the toilet had been tampered with, so someone must’ve known it wasn’t working properly. In addition, the water valve thing to the toilet was shut off when we got there, which is more evidence that it was known that the toilet was broken. When the water valve was turned back on by the hotel lady, who was nice, the toilet would start randomly running very loudly every few seconds, so we shut it back off to keep from waking everyone up. Some of the towels were stained, and there were dead bugs in the floor. However, the lady at the front desk was nice, as stated earlier.

I’m a handicap person and the elevators did not work, I had asked for a main floor room ad to walk up a flight of stairs. The ice machine was not working on the main floor. When leaving needed to walk upstairs to get ice. Breakfast was great.
