Great hotel with parking and really nice staff. We only stayed one night. The phone wasn’t working and one of the elevators broke on checkout but everything else was fine and we were on the 2nd floor so took the steps. The breakfast included lots of items and tasted fresh. Highly recommend staying especially if you want free parking.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of excellent. They were attentive to detail, quick to assist, and consistently exceeded expectations. The staffs teamwork and positive attitude created an environment that was not only efficient but also incredibly inviting. What stood out most was Melissa's dedication to providing exceptional service, dealing with multiple complaints, concerns and complex situatiin with poise and professiinalism she deserve to be recognized for her commitment. This establishment has an outstanding staff that sets the standard for excellence!

I live out-of-state and found my home away from home. Staff is super friendly and responsive. Breakfast area always spotless!

This was a surprise! The receptionist was so helpful on the phone and could not have been nicer upon arrival. Free parking ( first come first serve) was huge! We found a really good Japanese restaurant Sakura7 which was a quick 12 minute walk away. Breakfast had many choices. It was pricey however for > 400 dollars for one night for a one room double bed. We like the flat pillows not the huge firm ones that some place supply. Just was delightful. Only issue was price and we may be forced to shop around ONLY for that reason! Great job

Pleasantly surprised. We’ve stayed in some not great hotels around here for the US Open but this was fantastic. We will be making this our home base from now on. Surprisingly quiet and the staff were great. Rooms were clean and airport shuttle to LGA is available.

Had to use pullout bed. Awful. Like having no matress at all. Staff would not fix or compensate me

For the price + free parking it was a pretty good experience. Staff are very professional and kind, I found it inconvenient one 1 elevator was working during the 3 days we spent there, this led to instances we needed to wait for the next trip. An opportunity to improve will be to deep clean the rooms. This would include the carpets (my son was wearing a white socks, one round in the room the bottom was completely black) and the washrooms ( the grout was very dirty, we needed to spread towels on the floor). Additionally, it would help to add deodorizers in the rooms - we found it smelt musky. For the price don’t expect it to be the Hilton or Marriott, it’s a budget friendly experience.

The property was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The only comment that needs addressing is the timing of the music piped in on each floor. My room was close to the speaker and the music came on extremely early in the morning and woke me up. I felt if there is going to be music, it should start playing at a reasonable hour. Other than that hotel met my needs.

Staff were nice and very pleasant. The room smelled funny to me. The hotel room was clean, zero complaints about cleanliness. Offered internet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered didn’t taste that good in my honest opinion but there is a McDonalds next to the hotel within walking distance. The parking lot is very small and gets packed easily. First come first serve basis kind of deal with the parking. Parked on the street for my entire stay.

The room was dark.....insufficient light and noisy fan. Although the website mentioned free internet service, that was not true. The furniture was really dreary. When I tried to use the hair dryer, I could not plug it in to the socket....it didn't fit
