Warm and kind staff and very clean and nicely organized facilities

Long day driving, arriving very late. Staff friendly, helpful, personable. We panicked as our cat was over the long trip and hid to point we were concerned he got out of room. Tashaun was professional and reassuring giving us some tips on where he may be hiding in the room. She was spot on and we were able to sleep peacefully knowing we hadn’t lost our pet! Every aspect of the Home2Suites was excellent- staff, kitchenette, beds, cleanliness (not easy as a pet-friendly hotel), water pressure, toiletries.

Nice relatively new hotel property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had quite a few choices but was often cold and things that should be crispy weren’t (potato rounds specifically). Staff was friendly and helpful. Location seemed safe. Construction on US 40 at the entrance was kind of a pain but that isn’t the property’s fault and is temporary I’m sure. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay for families! Clean room, great food.

Had some down time the evening of September 1st and sat in the lobby to catch up on email, had a nice conversation with an evening front desk staffer, folding towels. She was quite pleasant and professional. Glad to see.

The stay was okay. As I have read before, the light on the sprinkler was annoying (I read those reviews AFTER I had already booked). They can use more than one worker on the evening shift. Our stay was fine but I won’t choose Home2 again.

Nice hotel and very modern. It is in a good location and has all of the amenities. There was a very large spider in my bathroom but other than that this was a good hotel.

Awesome stay

Nice large room, clean and well equipped. Especially liked the full size refrigerator and movable table, which made eating much easier and cleaner compared to a standard hotel room setup.

We stayed in a Home2 in Owatonna on our way to Canada and it was perfect. So we thought we’d be safe booking this one on our way back. We were very disappointed. We arrived late after a long drive. The lobby was nice and seemed clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Check in was quick. Our room was gross. When we first walked in we were all shocked by the overwhelming smell of air freshener or cleaning product. The floors were sticky in both the entryway and the bathroom. We always check the beds for bugs and though we didn’t find any signs of bugs, the mattresses were stained all over and there were crumbs and dirt on top of the bed skirts. The cushions on the pull out couch were stained and disgusting. There was something sticky splattered all over the AC unit. The shower had cracked caulking, pink mildew, and rust all along the bottom of the door and in the corners. The glass of the shower looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. We all had trouble sleeping because of the strobe light (the smoke detector) that, as other reviews have mentioned, flashes every ten seconds all night and is positioned right over the beds. To top it off, breakfast the next morning was inedible. No, I did not complain or mention any of these issues to the staff. We (myself, husband, four kids and our dog) arrived late after being in the car for 11 hours, and were told upon check in that the hotel was sold out. So we chose to deal with it instead of trying to move rooms or possibly hotel

Pool floor is so slippery, room shampo was empty. Smoke detector flashed all night...annoying.. not warm enough blankets on beds.

I always stay at Homes2Suite Richmond, IN when I visit family. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, everything is great! The front desk and breakfast staff are always so helpful and accommodating to our needs! The only thing, my husband says the water pressure in the shower needs work! Lol

Room smelt revolting! Had a family and staff was not helpful to change rooms as wanted to put us in a room that had only one bed which didn’t work. Wouldn’t honor their “if not happy your nights free”

The property is super clean. The employees are very polite. Pool is great and the exercise room is very well equipped
