Homewood Suites by Hilton TechRidge Parmer at I-35

Staff was super friendly. Got a free upgrade so much appreciated! We always stay at this hotel whenever we're in town.

It was great for my family of 6, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, always found parking, we loved it.

Layout of the room was a bit terrible. The washbasin was outside the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom door was not closing smoothly. Apart from that, the room was clean and the staff was friendly in terms of responding to any requests.

Not only is this property pet friendly it has amazing rooms for a family on the go!

Staff and the pool area was amazing

The hotel was clean. Its a nice family friendly hotel. The breakfast is also good. My check in experience was great. My check out experience was just as great. I don't know whose who but I know and remember Detrice because she just doesn't know our faces, she knows and greets us by our names.

Great breakfast every day. Friendly staff and very nice rooms, especially with the little kitchen. We had space and felt comfortable. Also, the pool was warm, relaxing, and not crowded.

Clean breakfast and everything else was wonderful

This was a one night stop with 4 kids. It was a very pleasant stay! Highlights: clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast options, pool are was comfortable and clean. Areas of improvement: there was no shampoo in the dispenser, so making sure toiletries are stocked. Overall, very pleased with the hotel and will stay here again.

Staff were welcoming, clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast with variety and Basketball court excellent for teens.

Great accommodations. Not fancy, but very functional and practical for a trip down with family. Central location to downtown, the domain and northern Austin like Georgetown. Having a separate living room from the bedroom with a toddler & dog is nice. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

Front desk staff is very rude and dishonest. Female that checked me in on 4/4 failed to mention that the room that I booked and PREPAID was unavailable. When we went back to front desk, she advised us at that time that if you book through Expedia you are not guaranteed the room that you selected and that they are only required to provide you with a room. Expedia called front desk and the black guy advised Expedia that we were advised this when we checked in. The room given was a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower right by the back door. We explained to them repeatedly that we had a younger child and needed a bathtub. They could care less. We asked for a manager and were told there was not one and we were given a card with the managers number that RINGS BACK TO THE FRONT DESK. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have always booked Homewood through Expedia and have always been given what I paid for. This is the WORST Homewood. Never again. I wish I could give them zero stars!!

Everything clean, good service, highly recommended. They are very relaxing and what I like most is that there are pulls, everything you need: kitchen, living room, kitchen utensils, everything super equipped. Since I'm going to Austin, this is my place to come and rest. 5 stars. Thank you very much for everything. I will return soon.

The pool was clean and warm,. The property was very well kept and safe.
