HOTEL FUEGO BRONX

On 1st day a lady from reception started yelling at 4am and woke us up because of argument with another guest. At 2nd somebody started vacuuming room next to ours at 2am and started the door lock alarm and left it on for couple hours!!!! Despite the fact that hair dryer was mentioned to be available there was none in the room or even at the reception desk. Area next to the hotel is full of trash and homeless people, not safe at all. Also inside you can smell smoke all the time and strange smell from AC. Bathroom has signs of mold, mattress has a plastic cover on it therefore every move on the bed generates strange noise and it’s really hard to rest. If you have no other option it’s ok for one-two nights maximum but only if your expectations are very low and you have very limited budget

The pillow was not soft at all, there was constant noise outside in the hallway and the only nice area was bathroom with half used shampoo. Very disappointed.

It was a short trip. I enjoyed the clean room and although we were by the rail-line , it didnt disturb my sleep. The towels were dirty and they didn't have wash cloths. But i only stayed in the room to sleep and bathe. I spend most of my time exploring the city.

Fussing fighting in hotel, so bad i had to call the cops. Outside was the hang out, smoking drinking, etc. I could not get any sleep and had to leave cause i couldnt take it anymore

Clean room staff is great

This hotel was unacceptable with the amount of money I payed to stay here. This hotel is not a place to come to if you value your sleep. The area is unsafe, the staff was rude and not trustworthy, by asking me for my PIN number to my debit card! The staff was shouting down the hallway early hours in the morning at customers, cleaning at 4 in the morning and not being respectful of guests. The area is unsafe for anyone including families and for tourists. There was a constant smell of smoke and weed coming through the hotel and into our room which was dirty and not pleasant to stay in. Do not recommend this place on my worst enemy.

Gave me a room with a completely shattered tv and didnt change my room when I asked them too.

I left the same day due to my safety put at risk.

We chose this hotel again because it's usually quiet. It's close to transportation, grocery stores and restaurants. The king size bed was great but the room was kinda small. Plus there was a couple fighting. The bed took up most of the room space. We left home so we can get some peace and quiet but that didn't happen Saturday, August 16,2025. So with that happening we will not be staying there again.
