This is a pleasant easy place to stay when I'm in this area, and pretentious,, but a comfortable room,, clean,, and attentive service

It was clean, very comfortable beds, and a hot shower after long days at a horseshow. The staff were great and very helpful, definitely would stay here again if at HITS.

This is a very good option, property is clean and staff was very helpful and professional the swimming pool has potential but needs attention the tiles around the pool was extremely dirty and disgusting but other than that I enjoy my time at the location (will not go to the pool, unless they correct the situation) I will come back and recommend this place anytime

I was honestly shocked at the state of the room. I really don’t consider myself a picky person… but this room shocked me. Everything smelled damp and mildewy, there were mold/mildew stains in the bathroom, the grout and there was visible dirt on the walls, door, light switches, etc. The artwork was broken and half hanging off of the bracket. The refrigerator was both leaking and froze everything, ruining all of the food in there. Every surface was sticky and gross feeling. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and I’ll never be staying again. After horse showing in 95 degree weather all day, this was NOT a relaxing spot to return to. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else, or in one of the neighboring towns.

Sure it's dated, but it's basically clean and it's cozy. The staff were very friendly! We had breakfast at the attached restaurant, and it was good greasy diner food, exactly what we were looking for... the staff there were great too! The pool is awesome, clean and inviting.
