Staybridge Suites SEATTLE - FREMONT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

At 9 AM on Sept 15 we asked that the man at the front desk call and get us a taxi to the airport. About 15 minutes later he called again and was told that no taxi was responding to their dispatcher for this ride. He then helped my wife register for the Uber app and request an Uber ride to the airport. The Uber ride showed up within minutes and took us to the airport, where we needed all of our allotted time to catch our plane. I never got his name, but I hope it is not too late to thank him for his knowledge and helpful advice in getting us an Uber.

For a basic stay it was okay. Nothing special. Not too worthy for the price, unfortunately. Cleanliness was decent. Beds okay. Breakfast kind of okay. Not a great area, obviously with limited transportation and highway right in front. Almost no dining around and night time walking is limited.

This is one of the hotels in the poorest condition that we’ve ever stayed in. Many things were either broken or didn’t work properly: doors, key card readers, elevator, etc. The breakfast options were barely adequate. One morning not even that: the waffle machine didn’t work, no hot meal protein options, etc. One evening the front desk kept calling about noise complaints for our room even though we were all asleep at that time. The property is also difficult to access by car - it’s on an extremely busy street with a hard divider in the middle, making it impossible to turn into the property if you are coming from the north direction. The underground garage has very low ceiling, and mostly compact parking spot. You exit into a very narrow back allay, with cars parked on the street in such a way that you need to be extremely careful about how you exit. The two bedroom suite we stayed in was quite spacious though, which was this property’s top selling point. The front end staff was also very friendly and professional.

The only thing that I would improve upon is to have a safe in your room.

The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. He had a lot going on and still maintained a positive and fun attitude. He was great!!

Simple hotel. Suites have kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher. Included breakfast and happy hour are nice additions. Fitness room has 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical and bike. Some folks stay longer term. Garage under building is convenient.

The pool hot tub was amazing very clean and breakfast was amazing

We were only there for one night. The pool was being cleaned while we were there so we couldn’t use it. The breakfast was okay. For the price we paid for the room I expected an excellent hotel. This hotel was just okay.

Staff was friendly and the property was very clean and safe. The room was fantastic! We felt ralaxed and at home.

Great location. Chose this hotel because of its proximity to where my son lives. A quick walk away. We've also stayed at the Staybridge Pineapple which is just as nice. Would recommend these hotels.

I enjoyed my stay.

Our room was so cute, and our family loved the delicious hot breakfast! The pool was also perfect for families as it isn't too deep, and the location was so great for anyone wanting to go to the zoo. Overall we would definitely return!

The streets around us were extremely difficult to get around, but that’s Seattle. Regardless, loved the hotel and stay.

It was a nice hotel to stay for family, the inly thing i dont like is around the area wwhen you get out from the parking outside is too narrow and a lot of cars parking on narrow street, to congested. But other than that excellent rooms and we are 8 in one room very convenient.

Great stay with very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and it was so convenient to have on site free laundry available.
