Nice rooms. Reasonable price

Did not resemble the photographs at all -- I am sorry I didn't grab any of my own. Bed trim was horribly stained, microwave was dirty, room was visibly worn down. The pictures promised corporate efficiency, but the room itself felt like college apartment. Woke up on my first morning and was horrified to realize there was no toilet paper. Thank goodness I bought napkins! After my shower, discovered hair dryer was broken. I requested a replacement and got handed off from one shift to the next without repair. Staff arrived at 11:45 PM with a replacement... which was also broken. I finally had to DoorDash a hair dryer for myself. I asked for at least some correction on my bill, but no one could answer if that was possible. Overall, I was disappointed that the pictures and previous review suggested a quality stay when my experience was anything but.

DO NOT STAY HERE, was dirty and not even close to as advertised. It smelled! We returned our key 5 minutes after seeing the room. And the hotel AND Expedia refuse to refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

Toilet would not flush. Room had 1 towel, no soap or toilet tissue.

Where to start??? I’ve stayed in some awful places but this wins the award for worst The rooms and halls were absolutely filthy. The bed was uneven and lumpy. The kitchen is at least from the 1970s or earlier. Big box stores surround with middle of the night deliveries. Curtains mights as well have been nonexistent. I can’t tell you just how awful this place is. The good reviews have to be fakes. There is no possible way this is rated in the 7s.

First room was disgusting, so we madw them switch us rooms. I was bitten by bugs every night. I think my room had fleas. It was a pet friendly faciity. After shower, feet were black from new laminate floors that had been mopped. Oviously with dirty water. The windows were filthy with dog prints and we had to have them wash the windows. Tv was not programmed or connected to wall outlet. Staff laughed when I told her I had been bitten. I told her it was not funny.

This hotel has potential and it appears to be under new ownership and is currently undergoing several renovations at once. Things missing that would have been helpful and have been in every other hotel with a kitchenette were missing. There was nothing in any of the cupboards, which is fine but very surprising. There was no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no trashcan. The bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere. My husband purchased an aerator and fixed that issue for less than $4. But the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Give it some time, and this could be a great place to stay.

It was a nice and clean hotel. I will add that there is not an elevator to help get luggage up to the upper and lower floors and there was bit of a musty smell in the hallway, but other than that my room was very clean and smelled fresh.

Its rare that i give a negative review, so when i do its generally a pretty bad experience. Let me break this down into bullet points. Enviromenr smell: - The carpers on entry and it the rooms are disgustingly filthy. -The sofa on entrance is indicative of how bad the rest of the furniture will look. Old and stained. - The smell.is horrendous. Environmentl noises; - loud parties in rooms all around - lots of.noises due to what i would asusme is a prostitution ring. Have fun listening to it all night. - thin walls sounds like people are actuloy in your room. Staff; Syaff was sympathetic, the were able to get people to.quiet down at 3am on the. Saturday. Situation: Inhad booked a hotel before this amd canceled bur xould not hebrefounded so inbooked this one at a loss because inwantedna nice environment. This hotel was rat3e a 7, no idea how. I was in ohio as an exhibitor at the arnold classic and booked this one throughbhetels.com. thr other wws the norwood wich my friends told mento cnanel immediately. I couldnnot sominpqid forn2 nights and booked this room only to find the same things happened in this hotel as revoews statee in the norwood. I asked for a small discount and stagg could not procide.although they were nice I left a 1 out of a because the staff were nice enough.

Trash cans inside my room were full and the carpet was not swept. Dogs barking and people yelling at all hours. Your ratings are not correct

We had no deadbolt lock on our door. The first room we had had dirty Q-tips in it and tv was broken.

This hotel was maybe nice once but is in disrepair. The hallway smells of cooking and the unit smelled mildewed. Gave it two stars— and stayed — only because it was incredibly close to the family member I was visiting. Price was OK and the bed was good enough . I won’t be recommending it to other cousins, though.
