The staff cannot speak english, there's 8th floor but the elevator just only until 7th floor, u need upstair manually to reach 8th floor. The didn't make up my room, I need to make an order first hfff.

The staff is not very friendly. The room is extremely dirty. The bed sheets and blankets are old and dirty. The room is new but the bed sheets still have old stains that make me want to vomit. I will never come back a second time. Too scared.

Ksan location is ok, room is quite small, a bit stuffy, hard to sleep at night because of the constant sound of the elevator opening and closing. When I arrived, I was told that the water was broken so I couldn't use it for several hours. Ksan also does not have any policies to support guests, we will only notify them
