Overall, it's not as good as the previous Wave apartments. The staff only looks at their phone screens when talking, not at the guests. Guests have to proactively contact Zalo with Home to be guided to check in/out. The room is not as convenient as the previous rooms I stayed in, there are flies in the room. The bed is soft, sleep well.

Excerpt from Vnexpress June 10, 2023: "Minister of Public Security To Lam said that many agencies and hotels often keep the ID cards or citizen identification cards of guests, but according to regulations, no one has this right.
Discussing the draft Law on Citizen Identification (amended) in the National Assembly on the morning of May 10, Minister of Public Security To Lam affirmed that the ID card is an inseparable item of the people, no one has the right to keep it, except in cases of law violations being kept by competent authorities to serve the investigation."
But when checking in, the staff told me "if possible, let me keep the ID card", I did not agree, so I asked for a deposit of 1 million VND for the room, I booked the room and paid, the staff continued with a challenging and arrogant attitude, not even looking at me and said "if you do not agree, I will cancel the room and pay, I am not forced to leave the ID card". This staff's attitude should be reviewed. As for the room amenities, everything is ok.

Hello, after reviewing your feedback, we have extracted the camera footage to review the attitude of the staff on duty. We found that he behaved very politely and properly. Because there were no available rooms that day, he could not help you check in early, but he did help you keep your luggage. On the guest side, we noticed that he was tired, probably due to having to wait for a room because he arrived early. The whole team tried their best to help you check in as soon as possible.

Before booking, I was hesitant because of many bad reviews, but when I experienced it here, I found everything very OK, no waiting for the elevator or going in and out of the parking lot for a long time like many reviews. I found it very good for family travel. I will definitely come here when I return to Vung Tau.

As for Chau Homestay, we are very satisfied!
However, there are some points about The Song:
- The swimming pool is very strict about swimwear, only swimwear is allowed, no other items are accepted.
- The swimming hole for adults is on the 36th floor, children are on the 5th floor, so it takes a lot of time, adults swim but children have to be taken to the room, children swim but have to be looked after, unlike other places where the whole family can swim together, it is very fun and convenient when the 2 swimming pools are next to each other. In addition, the water in the children's pool is very cold, at 10am the water is freezing cold.
- The most inconvenient is the elevator, every time you need to go (time to eat, go out, check in, check out) it takes 15 minutes to wait quickly, usually it takes 30 minutes, and if it is unlucky it takes more than 1 hour. Our group waited too long for meal time, so we walked from the 30th floor down to the lobby. After eating outside, the other groups were still waiting =))

The location is ok but the wait for the elevator is extremely long. The room is okay but the bed sheets and blankets are not clean and smelly. The trash can is a round plastic trash can without a lid so it looks very unhygienic. The toilet has exactly one roll of used toilet paper 😌. The infinity pool or something on the 36th floor, the rules are extremely difficult, you have to wear a swimsuit to swim, you can't even wear spandex. I always wear spandex when swimming at landmark 81, no one requires it like here.

The room is not decorated in a bad way, no different from a rented room, lacks furniture, and is not clean, the refrigerator is rusty. The room is empty but if you check in early, there will be a fee, not as easy as other owners, and there is no view.
