Great little boutique hotel in the old town area. Very walkable to all the key sites. Helped us arrange transport to Ha Long Bay and held our luggage for several days too. Highly recommend!

The property is a small boutique hotel perfectly situated in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Rooms are small, but immaculately clean. My family of 5 booked 3 rooms: Two family style rooms with walkout balconies, and a third room in a separate connected building behind the main hotel. The two larger rooms with balconies were perfect! The smaller room in a separate building was very nice, but did not have a window. I’d recommend ensuring you book a room with a window :-) Overall, great experience and would book again!

overall, the staff and general manager lana are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. lana in particular helped provide local recommendations, offered invaluable advice, and assisted with tour bookings. the hotel is located in a central area of the old quarter with lots to eat and explore, and is just a 10min walk to the french quarter. a special shoutout to the chef and linda in the restaurant, and hoang the bellman in hopes their manager sees this and gives them the recognition they deserve. thanks kindly lana, we appreciate you :)
