My family just went on holiday at my royal hotel. My first impression was the friendly attitude of the young man at the reception! New hotel room is large, nice and clean. Everyone is satisfied. but because my time of stay was on sunny days, the solar hot water system was inefficient! I am planning to go to Phu Yen next time to return to this hotel because it is near the beach and near specialty shops too.

Well, the hotel's location is very good, but the bed and pillows are a bit dirty. It was dark at that time. I reported it to the receptionist instead of her friend. She cleaned the room so she couldn't change it.

Cửa phòng hơi khó mở, phòng tắm mở mãi không thấy nước nóng, không rõ là có nước nóng hay ko, hay do mình không biết mở. Internet tốt, điều hòa tốt, phòng sạch sẽ, có bàn làm việc. Gần mấy chỗ mua quà Phú Yên.

Ưu điểm: 1. Khách sạn gần biển và hàng quán đồ ăn, đi bộ 1 xíu là tới, đó cũng là lý do mình đặt phòng. 2. Chi phí phòng khá hợp lý vào ngày Lễ nếu đặt sớm trước 1 tháng. 3. Có máy sấy tóc (loại mạnh) Nhược điểm: 1. Cách quản lý khách sạn chưa ổn, cụ thể: - Mình gọi điện xác nhận đặt phòng trước 1 ngày nhưng vì lý do kỹ thuật nên khách sạn không kiểm tra được, mình khá hoang mang khi đã trả full tiền, tuy nhiên vấn đề đã được xử lý sau khi liên hệ Traveloka và Khách sạn. - Lễ tân thường xuyên vắng mặt tại quầy, nhiều lúc cần trao đổi thì không có. - Chìa khoá khi gửi tại Lễ tân được trưng bày trên bàn Lễ tân, không cất kỹ dẫn đến việc nếu Lễ tân không đứng quầy thì bất cứ ai cũng có thể lấy chìa lên phòng trái phép. - Lễ tân thay đổi nhiều người khác nhau thường xuyên nhưng chỉ có 1 người là hiểu cách hỗ trợ khách. 2. Phòng dọn chưa sạch, cụ thể: - Mình đi biển và đi rừng về nên có cát ở nhà vệ sinh và ở trong phòng, sau khi dọn dẹp phòng xong thì không thấy quét sàn nhà, chỉ thay nệm/ khăn tắm 3. Phòng có kiến: - Đừng để đồ ăn lên bàn hay ghế hay sàn nhà, để 1 xíu là kiến bu 1 nùi 4. Ổ khoá phòng bị hư: - Thử 2 thẻ mở phòng vẫn không được, phải dùng chìa khoá để mở cửa tạm khi lưu trú. - Bị nhốt bên ngoài phòng tầm 30 phút vào buổi tối. 5. Wifi rất tệ - Sao lưu hình ảnh mà tín hiệu chập chờn 1 vạch, phải đăng ký 4G xài tạm khi lưu trú. - Không có thể kết nối wifi "KS Hoang My" các tầng (Lễ tân không biết pass wifi), chỉ có thể kết nối duy nhất 1 wifi VNPT nhưng lại chập chờn 6. Giá thuê xe máy không rõ ràng - Lúc vừa nhận phòng, Lễ tân nói xe máy tay ga Lead giá 120k/ 1 ngày thường (chắc là T2-T6), 140k/ 1 ngày cuối tuần (T7-CN), lúc trả xe & thanh toán tiền thì nói ngày lễ nên giá 150k/ ngày (không phân biệt ngày thường/ cuối tuần) - Có giảm giá 1 ít (600k còn 550k cho 4 ngày thuê) sau khi mình hỏi sao lúc trước nói vậy giờ lại tính như vầy 7. Hình ảnh phòng trên Traveloka không đúng thực tế: - Mình xem phòng Deluxe 1 thấy có bồn tắm nên mới đặt, lúc nhận phòng thì không có mà cũng chịu vì khách sạn lúc đó cũng full phòng
