Our family had 01 night in Ramana Hotel. We were completely satisfied with the service. The room was large enough for 02 adults and 01 baby. Everything was clean. There was paking area for our car. The staffs were friendly and always supported us. We checked out late with no additional fee. Everything was good with the price.

As anh hotel of self-service, it's totally anh bless for me since I wanted to cut out human interactions, and to explore everything by myself. Actually the staff were available online always and replied my message even at the dead of night. All I needed to run the system applied throughout the building were anh password, anh card and to press some buttons. (A detailed manual including WiFi password would be sent to you 1 day before your check-in.) Sometimes the sensor' sensitivity was poor but I didn't freak out, knowing the staff would guide me through immediately . The hotel itself is 5/5 but the people behind it were totally 6/5!!

The apartment is well-equipped and enjoys the best laundry for your small family. The location is great because the center (dining and entertainment ...). There are only 2 points that I'm not satisfied with, but I'm sure many first-time visitors may fall short: breakfast merely provides enough energy but is not rich and noisy at night because Poc Poc bar plays music at night. But if you choose the service, price, convenience, Citadines Regency Saigon is a bright choice of class.

Lovely and very cozy apartment. Cannot ask for better staying experience...
We came with a standard expectation and we were surprised!!! The rooms were clean, the living room were spacious. Kitchen utensils are complete, they even provide detergent for the washing machine.
Would definitely come back to stay at this apartment when we visit Vietnam again.
