This is my 2nd visit to Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel, and they gave me room on 27th floor. Which is now totally quiet from that Club music noise and also the making up room of the housekeeping team is clean and tidy. Everything is perfect… very comfortable and very convenient for me. Starbuck coffee on lobby, Highland coffee across the street… Vincom plaza is one area with the Hotel… belong the same group of the Hotel. All the staff is friendly and great… very responsive and helpful … solved all my previous problem. Real 5 star Hotel.

The hotel is better than my family expected. The rooms are spacious, neatly arranged, clean, convenient, the balcony has a drying line after swimming in the sea. The breakfast is not to my taste but it is okay, the breakfast view is chill. The room price I booked is quite reasonable so I will come back when visiting Nha Trang

We are a family of five from Sydney, Australia, with three young adult children. We got three double rooms with city view. We are so impressed with the ambiance, cleanliness, and location of the hotel. Staff are so very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at December again if we are ever back in Nha Trang. Keep up the AMAZING work, December. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable 💓💗👍 Forgot to mention breakfast and the pool are top notch. Stayed 5 nights at Starcity hotel—1st impression was a warm welcome from the security team, and the front desk team were so friendly it actually made me extend my stay. Thanks all you guys made my stay in Nha Trang so enjoyable 🫶 My 1st room was pretty nice already, but since I’m sensitive to dust and smells, Ms. Thắm (the manager) insisted on finding me a more comfy one—and she really did! Thịnh at the front desk was always smiling and patient helping me switch rooms, really appreciated your care. The housekeeping team did well cleaning the room & added thoughtful touches. Felt totally at home 😉

First of all, walking distance to a lot of attractive places.the hotel itself provide executive lounge for people who stay in premier suite with complimentary cocktails free flow and also food. I stayed on the 16th floor, the room had a large round bed, a balcony facing the sea and a direct view of the sea to watch the sunrise, and the moon at night was very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooftop has a swimming pool and a small gym. Walking to the beach is very close and convenient. A truly memorable vacation!

Great new 3-star hotel with 4-star service! Close by to the night life but away from the noise. Beach is a short walk away with many restaurants nearby. Staff were courteous and attentive especially front desk staff. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve had in Vietnam with lots of variety. Thank you the Swan Hotel and see you again!

I have a wonderful vacation surrounded by the most helpful and friendly staff. Please give them a bonus! The room is super comfortable, nice windows, a lot of sunlight, nice city view. The mattress and pillows are so big and super comfy. The Deluxe room is around 35m2, is bigger than I expected while looking at the picture. The room rate is so competitive and the service is quite good.

Hotel design is very nice, brand new, and the staff is very accommodating. They upgraded my booking to a suite room. The room is with very wide windows and a nice bathtub. Location is in the center, very accessible to all the stores, restaurants, and the beach. May Cafe in the lobby is really good with many nice drinks and a surprisingly affordable price. Wide choices of room service menu and again very affordable. 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent hotel I cannot recommend enough. The staff were professional, hardworking, diligent, and courteous. My wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay and hope to visit again soon. The location is in the heart of the city close to the night market, beachfront, and lots of other restaurants, bars, groceries, malls, and other conveniences. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The food was great and affordable at the hotel restaurant, the rooms were private, safe, comfortable, and with a good view. I can’t imagine another hotel getting better than this.

My family stayed at Ibis Nha Trang for 4 nights, I stayed with a view of the sea and right on the stage. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to guests, there is nothing to complain about. The room is very nice, clean as advertised, located in the bed can also look to the sea, the location should center around so there is everything. It really exceeds expectations compared to the amount spent. The only exception of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool which is not clean probably due to few bathers so no investment. Next time to Nha Trang will still book here

The hotel is located in the front, easy to find, the room is very very pretty, the receptionist is gentle, polite, my 2-day-1-night experience here is very wonderful. Give New Century 10 points always. Big room, available super speed kettle, TV, housekeeping staff actively clean the room, generally very good, next time will come here again ❤

The room looks very much like the description and was very clean. The balcony was spacious for two people. The location of this place is prime. I definitely would come back again in the future. The lady at the reception is very nice and approachable. She gave us a lot of suggestions about where we should check out in and around the city! Loved our stay there!
