When we arrived at the hotel, everyone greeted us and we were guided to the lounge at the lobby. One of the staff collected our passports for checking in while we were served drinks. First impression? Impressive. Friendly staff always ready to help with a smile. I booked a suite and the room has 2 balconies with awesome beach view. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The hot food station changes every day so you don't have to worry about eating the same. Food was marvellous. Planned a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the planning stage till the end of our romantic dinner. The effort they all put in was 5 star standard. To others reading this, if you guys are planning a surprise birthday for your loved ones, this is the hotel for you. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our trip most enjoyable. We will be back again definitely.

しかし早朝5時前から目の前のビーチに大勢の人が集まり爆音でエクササイズしてたりするので、静かな朝とはいきませんが、眺めてても面白いです。
朝食は4泊するとさすがにちょっと飽きますが、種類もそこそこあります。

Really lovely hotel- the staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. We felt very well looked after. Two bedroom suite was absolutely wonderful with great views, two balconies, a lounge and a kitchenette. Really useful having a washing machine in the kitchenette too- there was even an ironing board and iron, and even a set of bathroom weighing scales which was useful for weighing our suitcases at the end of our holiday! The breakfast was outstanding with a huge range of Western and Asian cuisine which changed slightly each day. Great swimming in the sea opposite- the hotel provided convenient shade in the afternoon! Roof pool and bar were lovely too.

I go to Da Nang every year for one week and have stayed at another hotel 500 meters away. The noise coming from Man Thai beach during my stays at this other hotel made me look for another hotel to try. Le Sands Oceanfront is much higher quality and the options offered from the Breakfast buffet to poolside service and the Spa have now found my new “Go To” hotel during my stays in Da Nang. GORGEOUS views from the rooms with spacious rooms and many amenities I didn’t even expect (e.g. area to clean / wash feet in front of hotel before stepping back inside, in room washer and dryer, shower at infinity pool, etc). Staff was so friendly and warm, especially Thai who sweetly greeted us every day we were there. Breakfast buffet with many options. Walking distance to mini marts, across from the beach, surrounded by many restaurants. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Can’t say enough about that view from our 3 bedroom room, though. WOW!

Service was impeccable. Simon was a great driver and doorman. He patiently waited for hours and hours when we got stuck at Sun World because of a storm and had fresh towels and water for us.
