The location is strategic, close to the main area with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, massage parlors, and nightlife fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable, but the bathtub is the plus point of all.

Great value for the price. The hotel included a jacuzzi bath and air conditioner for my unit. Basic amenities were included, but electricity would shut off if you used too much. Also, the room walls needed cleaning when I was there. Otherwise, the location is great (the hotel is inside a Japanese sub district next to a Sukiya and Familymart).

The first room was so bad, that I had to ask for another as there was no warm water in bathroom, poorly light as only 1 light work in the bathroom, they seen not care repair lights in either bathroom, livingroom nor bedroom (over 4 lights were broken). There was dirty and condom in closet as there never has been clean up. And the AC couldn’t cold the rooms at all. And the bedroom door sucks as I couldn’t close the bedroom at all. Not like in the pic at all. I got another room, more cleaner but still no hot water. Some lights work other dont. Poorly light in bedroom as only 1 light work. I told them to repair, the staff promises to do it but never got it done during my 4 days stay. No options for cancel so had to suck with it. Will never return there.

The room smells of cigarette smoke, which is very bad, giving me a headache. The wardrobe smells strongly of cockroaches, maybe they have nested there. Thai Van Lung Street is a busy street, vehicles pass by frequently, honking a lot, but the room is very poorly soundproofed, I can't sleep at night because the sound of car horns makes me wake up.

I only stayed here for 3 nights, bringing my wife and 7-month-old baby. I did not expect the hotel/apartment room to be that big. It's rare to have a place where they also have a kitchenette inside. It's empty, but you can buy groceries, put everything in the refrigerator and cook. But hey, it's Vietnam. Unless you're staying for the long term, why would you be cooking? I chose this place because my wife needs to cook for my baby. Despite the place being exactly in the centre of the city and in front of the hotel there are many bars, it's not that noisy. Even my baby can still sleep soundly, add to that we got the room facing the main street. Anyway, it's a great place with great value. And, not to forget, all the front staff were kind and spoke English well. I'm really happy with their service. Will probably recommend my family to come and stay here next time.

I booked a 40m2 studio and took me to a 10m2 room. I said take me back to the 20m2 studio room that was written on the app as 40m2. I kept arguing that the room was 40m2 when it wasn't 20m2.. I changed it to a 55m2 room but in reality it was 35m2.. dirty room, old towels, no filtered water.. smelly.. broken air conditioner had to borrow a fan.. everyone booked. consider. 😡

In general, it's okay, the towel set up in the room is small, for 2 people, there is only 1 towel on the first day of check-in in the room. Laundry service is quite dirty. The location is located in the center, easy to move. The security guard is superficial, the hat hanging in the car is lost and just says that he doesn't know but doesn't care, the customer looking for it is found hanging in another passenger car No noise protection, still hear the noise of other rooms

At first gave me a room that was not the same as when booked and when we complained and asked for the correct room, they said that the reason was not known who put the picture up. After talking for a while and after knowing that I was not a new or less booked, I changed it to another room with a larger room. But the blanket and bed sheet still have many stains even though they have been changed.
