Went during off-season, the room was cheap, saw high reviews, but the room was noisy, no soundproofing at all, called to ask and they said there was hot and cold water, but when I got there I found out it was solar water heater, first time traveling and had to boil hot water in a kettle, then pour it out to mix, then shower with a bucket of water, really shocked, but if you come next time, remember to check with the staff carefully, the staff is really friendly and enthusiastic

The experience was quite bad. First, I checked in and booked a Quadruple Room. When I checked in, they said I had to wait, then they said I could use a room temporarily for 1-2 hours because there was a guest who hadn't checked out yet. Then they said the room I was using was the one I booked, but it was not like the picture at all. The room was smaller than the picture, extremely bad, the toilet was broken, one of the two shower heads was broken, the furniture and smell were quite bad. On the day of check-out, the hotel's rental car said that the rental period would be charged for that period. Then, after using it for a day and a half, they asked for the money for 2 days. At that time, I was about to miss the bus back. There was no time to argue with the hotel. The rental car was sometimes said by one staff member that it was the hotel's car, sometimes said by another staff member that it was rented from another party. I couldn't tell which way to go.

the receptionist deserves 10 people 10am at night and running to find a charger for me 🥹🥹, the room posted looks old but the outside is very new and beautifully designed the only downside is there is no elevator

Convenient location, can go to the highlights in the city, near Vincom with many amenities. The interior is a bit old. The wooden floor is creaky, the air conditioner smells, and is noisy. There is no hot water, the bathroom/toilet also smells. There is no elevator.

khách sạn xuống cấp, máy lạnh hư, phòng có mùi, vệ sinh và dịch vụ rất tệ, thái độ của nhân viên là phớt lờ yêu cầu sửa máy lạnh, đổi phòng của khách. Không quay lại đây nữa. Nếu có 0 sao thì mình sẽ chọn chứ 1 sao thì chưa đạt. Hình ảnh trên traveloka không đúng như thực tế. Tệ tệ -10 điểm. cho thuê xe máy thì giao xe xập xệ nói chung là làm ăn cẩu thả.
