- nước phòng tắm yếu, bồn tắm bẩn. - hồ bơi bẩn, sau khi phản hồi mới thay nước và làm sạch. - kênh trước villa cạn khô, trơ đấy, lâu sậy um tùm, rậm rạp nhìn mất thẩm mỹ. - tuy nhiên nhân viên nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ tốt.

Mình đặt Villa 3 phòng thì phòng rất đẹp, riêng tư, có hồ bơi trong villa khá thoáng. Chỉ có điều villa khá xa biển, muốn đi biển hay ra sảnh thì đặt xe điện để đi. Dịch vụ dọn phòng thì chưa ok lắm, dọn phòng trễ vào buổi chiều, và chủ yếu thay khăn, lau dọn sơ. Dịch vụ ngoài sảnh thì hơi chậm, chắc do đông quá, nhân viên xử lý không kịp.

- Check in from 3-4:30 pm (1 hour and a half) is not done. - 4:30 pm and the room is still not ready. - Air conditioning is not stable. - No towels. - The door cannot be opened by magnetic card. - The buffet is not good. - Information on the receptionist to respond to the customer is incorrect. In general, Vinpearl has many shortcomings this time.
