Typical Indonesians. It's a smoke-free area, but visitors are free to smoke in front of children, and unfortunately, management doesn't warn them. Even though the employees are compliant about not smoking.

The staff and security were excellent. I lost my phone in the changing room/locker area, and the information center advised visitors who thought their phone was missing to go to the security post. Sure enough, my phone was recovered by the staff and security. Great! May The Jungle always be trustworthy. We, from Tangerang, express our gratitude.

I came last Sunday, wow it was really crowded. Many visitors smoked on site, no officers raided the area even though there was a smoking area, poor other visitors were hit by cigarette smoke from the police.

All the rides are fun! If you're going to the wave pool, you have to arrive on time; it's completely full, and you'll only be there for 10 minutes, and then you'll have to wait another hour. Lockers can only be opened once, so make sure anything you want to swim with is already out of the locker. I recommend coming on a weekday, even if it's crowded; you can still try out the various pools and avoid long lines. The management is kind and responsive. I recommend increasing the number of bathroom staff, and please remind visitors to dispose of diaper waste in the trash cans outside the restrooms, as they can smell really bad.

The place is quite busy, probably because the prices are affordable. The cabanas are comfortable.
