I bought a ticket at a higher price, but it turns out the panda isn't there.

The zoo is complete, all the animals are there.

The place is very spacious and clean.. but I was disappointed because I bought a ticket to see the pandas but the pandas were empty.. it would be better if the information was updated immediately on this application.

Went on 23/11/25 World Children's Day.. Alhamdulillah it was made easy, the way to redeem tickets was also very easy. There were only a few people. Because it was Children's Day. BTW the kids were also very happy to get a ride near the national zoo., I was just sad that I couldn't meet pandas Chen Xing and Xiao Yue.

A very valuable experience for the children..

Had fun strolling around Zoo Negara, average time spent is 5-6 hours since it is the biggest zoo in Malaysia. Be prepared to bring hand held fan, hats, sunscreen, tumbler (there are a few water dispenser around) and insect repellents. There are also passport stamp collections at a few famous animal spots ( eg; tiger, sunbear, porcupine, tapir, orang utan, elephant etc..) Show time is 11am and 3pm. Tram ride requires extra fees about RM11+. Stay hydrated and have fun!

Zoo Negara with many animals, animal show, clean environment, friendly staffs. The kids are excited to see live animals, hippopotamus, rhino, tiger, elephant, capybara, giraffes, flying fox, monkey, reptiles, crocodiles, tortoise, penguins, Guinea pigs, rabbit, swan, duck, chicken, turkey and many more.

It's too hot and there are few animals. There are no pandas either. Not worth it. Just go once. Thanks.

Panda sent to China without notice, too bad. Anyone who intends to come, don't waste money buying tickets.

Everything is smooth from the ticket redemption process. You just need to show your booking, and you’ll get your ticket. No need to queue like those who’s buying tickets physically. I can say this definitely won’t waste your time!

Satisfying atmosphere.. Lots of animals, the kids had a lot of fun, even when we arrived as early as 9am there were already a lot of people.. Everything was the best.. Save more with Traveloka 🥰🥰

price is reasonable, the zoo filled with trees and shady, I lost my time in the zoo, the place is clean and animals are healthy.

staff at the parking ticket counter is so rude. I gave her RM10 for paying motorcycle parking which is the price is RM3. she can say nicely but she can say "don't you have any money left? if not, go change there" while staring?? are these people on motorbikes so insulting??? I pay parking tickets and zoo entrance tickets like everyone else, bruh. after that, we rummaged through the bag and found 50, 20x2 coins. we gave her two ringgit notes & 1 ringgit coin. she can complain loudly, take the money I gave her roughly. i think she has a mental problem & she is ruining the name of the national zoo.
