Favorite place during school holidays, coming a bit later in the day is more worth it because the queue isn't long when you come there and the gathering is all about to go home.

It's quite fun. However, some of the rides are a bit unclear in concept. Wait times for some rides are very long, some up to 2 hours. It's best to arrive very early or use VIP access.

Redeeming tickets is easy, the staff is also friendly, it's a shame there are games that are closed, overall it's fun

Please improve the cleanliness of the toilets. For the Jurassic Island ride, we had to wait for 2 hours, but it was suddenly closed due to maintenance. But after that, it was reopened, but only for VIP access :(, even though my child really wanted to ride and had to wait so long, I was very disappointed.

It's fun and enjoyable to play with friends.

Quite a weird first experience, the park opens at 11:00 but only selected rides are operational. Despite purchasing VIP pass, the waiting time was still long because limited machine are operational at the attraction, like at Alien Taxi, only one Taxi is there so people have to wait for that one, not because the queue, but to wait for everyone to finish before the next line of guests can start. But overall the rides were fun, just the waiting time is not great. Also the cleanliness of the park really need massive improvement, toilets were stinky, there was smoke smell and all.

Last Friday, December 19, 2025, I just came back from TSM Cibubur with my two children. Happy, really fun. We were all happy... Thank you... Next time, I will definitely go there again.

This ride is really cool, it's really fun and crazy, all the staff and service are really good, it's really cool, the only thing that needs to be improved is the toilet inside is smelly.

It's quite exciting. But the queues are quite long. The go-kart and Jurassic Park have the longest queues.
