Picking up at Don Muang airport is very convenient, the Sukhumvit line is always crowded, but if you're staying far from the city center, a one-day BTS pass is very economical.

The purchasing process was very easy, however the redemption process was quite difficult. Traveloka did not clearly mention which kiosk the card should be redeemed at, so it took me quite some time to find the correct place to redeem it.

It was quite hard to look for the counter to redeem the tickets at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Luckily we read some earlier reviews here and managed to find it.

Booked a ticket and chose a redemption point at the airport. Got to the airport but couldn't redeem the ticket. The support staff couldn't find the ticket for me. I also couldn't contact the hotline number in the email I received.

The redemption counter in Suvarnabhumi Airport is located near the airport rail link station, at the left side (walk till the end, a luggage storage counter) of the ticketing machine. Easy to redeem and use.
