It was a really fun experience. My nephew was absolutely thrilled.

The female officer guarding the entrance gate was not very friendly.

The place doesn't look well maintained, the walls are full of moss and there's not much ice, unlike when it first opened.

Basically everything is ok ok ok ok ok

The staff at the location are friendly and very helpful. The place is also comfortable, there are locker rentals for safer belongings, there is a shoe storage, there is a food and beverage restaurant, there are restrooms, it's a cool place.

The staff is quite friendly, the staff in the rides arena are quite proactive...so far so good 👍

The exchange process for tickets purchased through Traveloka is easy and the price is cheaper than buying directly. (‼️‼️At the exchange counter, they told us the cable car and balloon house were included. However, the staff informed us that the balloon house had to be paid an additional Rp 30,000 because the Traveloka purchase didn't include it.) Overall, the staff at the location were friendly and helpful. ✨️The kids were happy, and the photos from TransSnow were great, but printing them was too expensive. ‼️ For regular printing, the cheapest is Rp 100,000 and you only get one sheet. ‼️Get the 1-sheet print package for Rp 280,000 and you get all the files. ✔️ Please review the photo printing costs so that customers are happy and have great memories of printing photos from TransSnow. ✔️ Regarding the clock indicator, please upgrade it to include a numeric indicator (not just a color indicator), as there is a fine for overtime. Thank you.

I've been here twice. So far, it's been fine, no issues. I'd like to see more frequent promotions to encourage more visitors. It's more fun to come here on weekdays, not holidays, as it's always packed.

The place is pretty good but for adults it's a bit boring if it lasts for 2 hours, the food is very very expensive.
