The therapists are experienced. The atmosphere is also comfortable, even though the view and vibe were better at the previous place (a star hotel). But the new place is much more private and very comfortable!!! So happy. Good price

The massage was good, the therapist was also friendly, when I first arrived I was given a welcome drink made from butterfly pea flowers mixed with lime, it was really refreshing... After a holiday, a spa is a must, so you don't get sore 😁

It's cool and it's on the experience app, so I booked it straight away for 2 pax. But when we got to the location, it was different on maps and Google, so we ended up going around Kuta Beach. If only they had given us the location notes at the Bintang Bali Hotel from the start, maybe we wouldn't have wasted time Unfortunately, we didn't get a beach view even though we were excited about it, we even wanted to take a bathtub if we could get a sea view, unfortunately it wasn't ready. The therapist was full of energy and okay. Because the location is inside the hotel, we explored the lobby and pool, it's nice and pleasing to the eye, so fresh😍

The best!!! You can pay a visit here on your way from/to the airport since it's near. The people were very nice, the massage was so good I nearly fell asleep, and the products they used smelled wonderful and really did the work. Worth every rupiah❤️❤️

The therapist is not skillful enough. The body massage feels like touching only. No pressure. Though she was reminded. I have been in too many spa & massage places. I give score 4 of 10. The face massage and facial is almost just freshing up. Not a massage at all. But I still gave her a good tip just to appreciate her for trying to do her best.
