The place is still relatively new so the play equipment is still good, the kids are happy, but when I wanted to enter it took a while for the staff to wait even though I ordered from Traveloka, it took about 10 minutes to be served, which is quite long. Especially with impatient children who want to get in quickly. But overall everything is okay, recommended if you go to FCL, I will come back there again.

The place and games are quite nice and clean. However, the ticket redemption process took a bit of time yesterday, as I had to queue for two people (especially if there were more). I arrived around 8 p.m. on a quiet weekday, so my kids could play comfortably without many visitors. There's a waiting area and a snack menu too. Overall, it's okay.

The playground isn't very large, but it's convenient for the babysitters, who don't have to run around hectically because it's not too big. The toys are still new, and there's a hangout spot for parents too. It's just not very complete, like there's no sandpit or roleplay area. But overall, it's okay.
