From the total trip, we could only go to two places because it was very far from one place to another and because of the holiday atmosphere, there were long queues at every photo spot. The guide was nice because he wanted to be the one queuing for photos. The admin was not very responsive, we had to actively ask, but the guide was very friendly and willing to be asked for help with photos and the results were good. I was a bit confused because when I arrived at Sanur harbor I had to take care of my own ticket, and when I got to Nusa Penida it was a bit difficult to find a guide. Suggestions for the future, the admin should be more responsive and informative. If possible, share the guide's phone number from D-1 so that when I arrive I won't be confused looking for a guide.

The trip was so much fun and the driver really humble. Kadek (our driver) is really nice and even giving us his umbrella when it’s raining. Don’t forget to bring your umbrella when it’s rainy season. What a lovely driver and wonderful trip we had!

Got a fun driver. Bli Ketut is his name. Taking good photos. Driving a car is okay. Fast but still safe. But it turns out this package doesn't include lunch. So it's better to just remove the writing "include lunch". Other than that, everyone is friendly and very satisfying.

The driver was not friendly at all, we were also not guided to the spots, we were told to get off ourselves, he wanted to sleep and rest in the car. Even though I booked a private trip. The itinerary was supposed to include the Molenteng Tree House, but he said not to go there because of the traffic jam. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Amazing One Day Trip to Nusa Penida! Our one-day trip to Nusa Penida was absolutely unforgettable! The island is breathtaking—crystal-clear water, dramatic cliffs, and beaches that look straight out of a postcard. The tour was well-organized from start to finish. The driver picked us up on time, the boat ride was smooth, and our local guide was super friendly, patient, and very helpful with taking photos (he knew all the best angles!). We visited Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel’s Billabong, and Crystal Bay, and each spot was stunning in its own way. The timing was perfect, so we didn’t feel rushed and still managed to see everything comfortably. Lunch was included—delicious and served at a clean local restaurant with a great view. Everything was arranged so well that we didn’t have to worry about anything, just enjoy the beauty of the island. If you’re planning a trip to Bali, a day in Nusa Penida is a must! Totally worth it and one of the best experiences during our stay.

This was my first time with my husband, and my first time booking via an app. Initially, we were guided to the boat. Upon arrival at Nusa Penida, we were greeted and waited for by the driver. Everything was good... there was just a staff member who took us to Sanur Harbor... he gave us 6 plastic raincoats... told us to pay Rp. 300 thousand...

He rushed us and was not patient in taking our pictures. As result, my travel ends 1 hour earlier than scheduled.
