After booking was made, the staff would contact you right away confirming the booking, ticket, and seat arrangement. They would guide you also regarding pickup point (I opted for pick up point at Noi Bay airport). Overall ok, punctual, & safe. Hopefully can be better in future.

Overall a fun experience but the driver speaks minimum english so do be aware. Pick up location could be confusing but as long as you can find groups of tourists waiting the same bus, you’re good.

The bed is wide and comfortable. The driver stops at rest stops about 2-3 times, so you don't have to worry about being hungry or needing to use the bathroom.

Very narrow for 2 people. Cannot sleep because constant honking and driver video call someone, driver open Viet music too loud.

The driver seemed a bit grumpy, and when we asked him to stop to use the restroom, he wouldn't stop until it was time.

The bus is far cheaper than other bus line. But We have to check the actual schedule at the bud counter before departure day or once we touch down Hanoi. Departure time written on Traveloka is 5am but actual schedule was 6am. Overall, it was good experience transfer to Hanoi with interbus line.
