Personally a good experience, but if you’re a light sleeper, might not be recommended as the noise and the movement of the train is quite noticeable. You have access to the lounge where you can shower and order food, so make use of that.

The lounge would be the best part of the service as you can shower and buy food while waiting for the train. My experiences on the train personally is okay, I managed to sleep with earplugs despite the noise and movement, but my friends who slept in the lower berth said it’s too hot and too noisy and shaky to sleep so you might want to get 2 berths room/ private cabin for optimal experience.

There was no information about ticket releases, so my family and I missed the train to Hanoi. Very poor service.

the room was nice, there were lots of snacks, drinks were available, the toilet was a bit dirty and the train was noisy and swaying, so I couldn't sleep

the color of the walls and interior is dark, so it doesn't look dirty or not. What is clear is that after that it itches. Sleeping on the top is very close to the blower.

From ticket exchange, check-in, to being escorted to the cabin, the staff are very helpful, especially for foreigners!

8 hours of travel but didn't feel tired because the cabin was comfortable for sleeping, the view was also okay. really worth it

Solo traveling from Hanoi to Sapa, ordered a VIP cabin, the cabin was very comfy. Everything was clean, the blankets smelled good, and the staff were nice.

Booked twin bed cabin for me and my sister. The trip was sooo smooth, everything is clean and quiet. Lofff it!!

Best train experience ive ever had. got clean cabin, new amenities, snacks too!! Also the bedcover is sooooo fresh. Cant even know it was 8 hours trip lol

While waiting in the waiting room, there was a delicious F&B provided. On the train, everything was comfortable and clean, very worth it for this price.

I booked a Vicsapa train ticket but they put me in King sapa's cabin and refunded me 300k. I was not informed about this in advance. King sapa is very good but should have informed me when I came to get the ticket if there was any change.

Great and comfy experience to spend a night and also move to another city was a plus point. Prefer sleeper train than sleeper bus. But the space is quite small. If you bring too much luggage it will take so much space in ur cabin. Bed was comfy and complimented with clean blanket

there is the Sapaly train, Victrain...if you are offered a drink, ask if it's free or not. because it will be charged.
