Too many hidden fees. Parking 60$ a night and you’re a guest. No balcony. Just terrible

Basic room maintenance not up to par (I.e issue with bathtub tap, water pressure, ventilation (noisy ac, and filthy vents). Other than that rooms were clean, staff were nice and friendly. Pool area great, tons of loungers, minus at times loud music.

I really enjoyed the view from my room, they let me check in super early and check out late. The whole staff was really kind and caring. I’ll be back!

Great location with nice amenities. The hotel is older and could be cleaner. A large hold was placed on my card at check-in, but it wasn’t clearly explained. Front desk staff were kind, though some of the other staff seemed a bit bothered.

This place is great!!!! The rooms were spacious...the bed was awesome...the pool was great...the beach area was very clean and well maintained...will be back😎

Third time staying here. This one as good as the last two

They did not communicate that we would have to pay $75 a day for the incidental fee when I was only told it would be for one day. When I booked the hotel, I knew about the resort fee, but they will charge you for the incidental fee each day. Of course, you will not have an incident, so they deducted the incidental fee and put it toward your resort fee. It's not all communicated until your card is being charged daily, which you are not aware of.

Excessive parking charge. Charge for a beach umbrella after paying a $50/ night resort fee. Rip-off

Nice place

Excellent location on the water with lots of shopping and food options within walking distance. Food on site was very good , large portions. Beach access a breeze with reserved chairs and umbrella
