The room needs an upgrade with new outlets for new devices. Also the furniture needs a new style comforting to the eyes.

I liked the flat fee for valet parking

We loved the Lakeway Marriott. Great location and accessible to many restaurants and shopping.

It was an enjoyable stay

Property was not as pictured. We literally booked it only to sleep in between 15 hours of driving. Shower did not drain so was standing in water up to our ankles. Air conditioner rattled the entire room nonstop. Carpet is mismatched where they pieced it together in the hallways and was noticeably coming up. We checked in at 4 am and left at 9 am. Staff was nice but of all the rooms they could have put us in we were overlooking the roof of the adjacent building

Great location and I enjoyed my stay

Tub-shower knob was broken. Drain stopper didn’t work either. Moisture vent is old and did not work well. The conditioner container was empty. When room was cleaned we did not get bath clothes. Ice machine was out of ice. I stayed there a year ago. Disappointed.

Incredible hotel that is minutes from the Gas Lamp and Little Italy.

The stay was beautiful and comfortable it just that it had Mini fridge in the microwave in the room, but the stay overall was excellent
