Front desk staff was excellent

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Everyone was so nice! The hotel smelled amazing and very clean! The bed and pillows were on point! Best night sleep in a hotel we have ever had!

Easy walk to Nationwide Arena.

Great location!! Very friendly staff, nice food options/amenities within the hotel. Easy self-parking!

No pool. Restaurants and amenities close by 10 PM limiting late night eating. Room service does not deliver between 11 and 3 PM making it inconvenient for anyone who would like to dine in their room for lunch. The valet service was very pushy and did not explain the parking situation. Valet was very expensive and took over 30 minutes to retrieve my car when I needed to leave! The parking structure, not being adjacent to the hotel is another problem. Although there are a series of bridges to take you to the parking structure, as a woman, I do not feel safe, walking the structures by myself.

The room was very clean and spacious with a goregous view of the city. Walkable to Kemba live and the baseball field. Safe and clean area in the arena district. Would stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. People were pleasant and helpful.

Amazing stay. The staff was super friendly, willing to help in any way that they could. I needed some extra supplies for my room and they were able to assist!i would highly recommend.

I wish that they would offer a continental breakfast.
