I’ve been staying there for years and I love it

What a location! What a view! We enjoyed our mornings watching the cargo ships go by the room window, and our afternoons walking River Street with the family. Our new Savannah spot!

I loved the staff, especially in the coffee shop. They were so helpful. I was happy they had an elevator that took us to the river. The view from our room was fabulous and I can’t wait to go back.

I have stayed at the Hyatt many times when visiting Savannah and have always been very happy with the Hotel and Staff.

Location is perfect. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. The refrshments in the lobby were a great bonus. Overall great experience!!

I love everything

The concierge Phil was extremely helpful and giving recommendations for tours and dining options. He assisted us with everything. The hotel was located in a great location easily accessible to historic district and many dining options, clean.

We had a pleasant stay overall, but there were a couple of concerns. Right outside the building, facing the river, we noticed a significant number of homeless individuals, which was surprising since I've visited Savannah a few times before and hadn't encountered such a situation. Additionally, the elevator facing the street had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of urine, which could deter guests from using it. A thorough cleaning would greatly improve the experience for everyone. This contributed to my decision to give the property a 1-star rating for the ‘area around the property’.

The sandwiches that you sell are soaky when you open them up on one side. This is the second time that I have stayed and the sandwiches are like that. The price of those sandwiches, there should be nothing wrong with them.

Outstanding!

Hotel was extremely loud especially in hallways with cleaning staff constantly yelling and talking loudly back and forth from hallways and rooms. No sound proofing. Room was battered and dingy. Front desk staff were not friendly- seemed put out at people checking in. Very cold and corporate. No southern charm or friendliness.

It was all around a nice stay me and the wife rarely do anything just us being newly weds. We will definitely be booking here again.

Didn’t like the room… not super clean. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling… no towels. Had to call front fest for towels. Expedia always gives you the worse rooms in the hotel. Never had a good experience with Expedia

Location was everything. Staff very courteous and helpful. Only negative, quiet time is supposed to be 10p to 7a but it didn't seem to be enforced. Group of guys were loud in lobby and kept letting their door slam well into wee hours of 2a/3a.

The rooms were very nice and clean.

The hotel was wonderful. Our room was nice and the ambiance of the hotel was amazing. We will definitely return.
