This hotel needs an upgrade and is definitely not a 5*! Facilitates are old and in need of an upgrade. Although mostly functionally, things like the shower and internet did not work properly. Breakfast room is strangely located in another part of the hotel and has no ambience. Slightly further out of town but easily accessible by transport. Part of the reason for choosing this hotel was due to the included shuttle service - sadly, it didn’t run on a Sunday, which should be made clear. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Excellent location. Close to Monserrat tourist attraction, universities. Walking Distance to the gold museum, and palacio de Nariño. Excelente breakfast, free transportation to the airport and very close to the American Embassy.

The room has a welcoming living room, with a tv. a desk and a mirror. It had doors that divided the living room and the bedroom, which was very comfortable with a tv, also; The bathroom had a normal shower but also has a jacuzzi. I really enjoyed my stay at Torre Monserrat.

Comfortable room and great location.

It's a great hotel. However, it's not really an airport hotel. When I put in the filters for this property I asked for hotels with an airport shuttle. It's sort of right in the middle of the city. That's the only complaint I have. Everything else was great

I love this place. I have stayed here 3 times in the past year. Everyone from the pickup driver to the bellhops to the front desk. The free breakfast is buffet style with lots of options. Dont be afraid to use the house drivers. They charge 32,000 PESOS per hour which is $8. Just take there number and whatsapp them. The hotel is right in the middle of everything.

Will book again the next time I am in town---highly recommended!

Location is great if you want to go to Monserrate, La Candelaria and the historical places in the old downtown.

I've stayed at this hotel (previously Hotel Tequendama) several times over the past few years and I'm sad to say that I will no longer be using this hotel. What was once a great hotel has now fallen victim to corporate greed by a CEO that is out of touch with reality. The pool and sauna are no longer available to guest unless they pay for some type of spa service. Although I have no issues with using the spa services (which I did) to gain access to the pool, I dislike the feeling of being nickeled and dimed for what used to be free. The hotel rooms are extremely loud, as the single pane windows allow all the noise from the street to enter your room. Although I stayed on the 16th floor, it sounded like I was on the first floor. Sirens and horns were heard at all hours of the night and I could hear my neighbors having intercourse in the room next door. The only reason why I didn't rate this hotel one star is because of the exceptional service by the employees. As someone who visits Bogotá annually, I'm sad to see that a company has let it's greedy administration destroy what was once a great hotel.

Torre Montserrate doesn't exist yet. It is a dgfferent hotel. My taxi drove around it for 20 minutes before someone told us it is a different hotel.

Excellent services. Rooms are clean and spacious. No air conditioning, but there’s no need. the staff members try their best to assist you in everything. Close to touristic places. The hotel security is excellent. Safe to walk around during the day. Will return . I recommend this place

Great customer service and room was exceptional

Room was disgustingly dirty.
