I went to check and staff informed me that I had made reservations for the next day, she showed me the screen pointing out how I was mistaken about the day. I showed her my phone, which had the receipt from Travelocity as well as a message from Ramada Inn confirming my stay on the proper day that I arrived. She said they were having problems with their system, communicating with Travelocity and Expedia, and in the future I should call them directly.
