Nice place to stay

I reported a plumbing issue regarding the cold water in the shower. The maintenance man did not provide assistance nor the plumber come to assist even though the maintenance man stated the plumber will come. The in room dining experience was horrible. The food was cold, unpleasant and they left out items that we had to wait for which resulted in food being even more cold.

Great location and staff

Front desk service was excellent. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Please consider listing height limitations of parking garage on your website. The lack of phone access in the rooms was frustrating, and we were hung up on when we tried to order room service Saturday evening.

Feel like should be able to exit and enter the hotel from the parking garage.

The hotel itself is fine. The issue is, "how can anyone spend a night in this hotel or any hotel in the area" when a pre-season football game causes absolute mayhem into the wee hours of the morning. I will stay away from this area of Charlotte as far as hotels are concerned. The police let this truck making huge amounts of noise and with loudspeakers facing the streets race around with a very loud exhaust all night. When I told the hotel desk in the morning how horrible it was they did not offer to do anything. It was not be believed. Bring ear plugs if you decide to stay here.

will definitely stay again

First valet parking gave us the wrong information charge money that was not to be charged staff don’t know what’s going on. Very poor staff no pool I will never come back ever again. I Iron was broken

The area was unsafe around

The room was decent and very convenient to the concert we went to. All night long the traffic noise kept us awake.

Everyone was wonderful there.

Had a flight canceled in my layover in Charlotte had to find something quick thank God there was a Doubletree available in uptown!
