Hotel said pet friendly and did not mention anything about added pet fee. Then was charged $40 for my pet.

Not a very good neighborhood. Did not feel safe. Only stayed one night, had family emergency. Was booked for 3 days. They would not compensate at all. Front desk said to contact Expedia if they give the okay they will refund me. Expedia said they contacted front desk and they denied refund.

The front desk staff member Robbie was very friendly and helpful. Robbie was very accommodating when we had a flight mix up and had to stay an additional night. He has excellent customer service skills. The lobby was kept clean and housekeeping came every day to refresh.

Beautiful well kept property and breakfast was 5 star.The bed was extremely comfortable.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant for Sunday the 17th was a little lax on keeping items stocked.

The carpet was dirty, leaving my feet dirty after walking around the room. The water temperature was hot on all settings in the shower. There was hair on the towels and blankets. The room was constantly humid. However the staff was super friendly. The overall hotel was clean.

Very clean, low fat and healthy breakfast options. Comfortable bed. Updated room with fridge and microwave.

I’ve never stayed at a Best Western before, and had mid expectations. I was pleased to find very friendly staff, a clean room, super comfortable bed, and breakfast was great! Definitely would stay again!

Amazing Hotel

Carpet in room was peeling up entering room… However, the staff, service, continental breakfast bar was excellent. The rule on 5 people in pool at a time was very much an inconvenience and was not able to swim with my son and was not able to swim long as to make way for other guests to use the pool.

It was only about 17 minutes to downtown. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Have only had the pleasure of staying a couple of times now but both of the times have been great. Everything is clean and looks nice and the staff are great. Will be coming again soon.

Very clean friendly staff excellent accommodation

We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted warmly by the attendant. The pool was cold. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Housekeeping was not accommodating

I had never stayed at a Best Western. It was a great experience for a hotel that is not considered luxury. It was immaculately clean. From the young woman at checkin throughout our stay, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, well prepared, beautifully presented and served by caring staff.
