Everything was very nice

The room was clean, shower nice, Staff nice.

I wish I knew what pillows they used. They were amazing. Check in and out was seamless. Can’t wait to stay again

Good overall, but NYS Health Department had closed the pool days before and update about this key feature had not been communicated to prospective guests (though room rates are updated daily)

There were cockroaches dead on the floor. The pillowcases had stains on them, and the air conditioner was dusty.

This is the most D tier hotel - I chose it because it had a pool and breakfast. Pool was closed for "construction", sure. And the breakfast you had to heat yourself. If I wanted to do that I would have stayed at home. The beds were also radically uncomfy.

Terrible. Hallway was gross. Big gross bins in the corner. Room smelt musty, ironing board full of stains and walls had scum on them. Door struggled to close and bolt lock didn’t work. Mirror was off the wall. Garbage everywhere outside. Back security door was wide open. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

Friendly front desk staff. When I was checking in, their system shut down but they were able to get us in without an issue. They handled themselves with professionalism. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. Check in took 45 minutes. The male receptionist took 2 deposits from me: $300!! It should have been $150.00. The cleaning woman, Katherine, was the only shining light at this facility. Management has to get it together. Would not stay here again.

Front desk personnel inept. Charged twice for security deposit. Paid with Visa but room charged to Amex. Told that our folio would be emailed 3 separate times but it was never received even after receiving an email from hotel telling me it had been sent. Free Wi-Fi advertised but we were unable to connect. No coffee at breakfast. No fruit. DIY frozen eggs and sausage. Will not return.

In the morning someone was banging on my door so hard like my teacher in the dorm in high school.

Staff was very clean, and professional.

Beware of 100’s rooms which are very unpleasant The room I was assigned after refusing the initial assignment was then, after I checked in and paid,mistakenly assigned to someone else as well so a “dispute for possession” resulted late at night when I returned. Not a pleasant situation. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite nice and the better room I had obtained was itself fine.

The property was convenient for us in its location. Also, there were many dining choices nearby.

Usually my stay is really good. This time I paid much more than usual and the room smelled damp. The bathroom shower curtain had mold and so did the toilet.
