Staff very helpful and polite Great customer service

An older hotel before the price you definitely cannot complain. The breakfast is really good, the bar is full of locals, but food is good and they have good specials the pools clean but you can tell it’s it’s an older pool.

Staff was extremely nice and love loved the head of sales lady there she was super fun wish I would’ve remembered her name. Definitely will be back every year for our yearly cascade company meeting.

Loved it. The check-in was great they were friendly and it was fast.

Our family was in town for a softball tournament. This is a pretty comfortable hotel, the beds and pillows were very nice. My main issue that caused me to put 4 stars instead of 5 was the AC in our room did not have a constant fan option so I woke every time it turned off and there wasn’t a bathroom vent that could be left on for white noise. This was mainly an issue because the hotel was FULL but didn’t seem to have a noise curfew and there were other patrons that were outside our window and in the hallways late into the night being very loud. Had I anticipated this I would have brought my own fan or sleep noise machine. The included breakfast was good. They served what seemed to be real eggs and the bacon and sausage were really good! They also offered pancakes, muffins, cereal, fruit and yogurt. Overall though, it was a comfortable and affordable place to stay for a couple of nights.

Dirty sheets gross room mean people

Hotel was dirty. Liquid spilled on floors. Trash piled beside my door at check in

hotel did not provide breakfast as advertised. staff seemed gleeful and seemed to produce made up excuses. won’t stay here again

It’s a great place to stay. Only down fall is the bar that’s open till two. It brings in a lot of locals so you have no room to park when you arrive after 9pm. Leaves you to park in the back of the building which so having to walk alone in a not so lit up parking doenst sit well.

Terrific property... bathtub need something slip proof on the floor for taking showers

I like that it has a restaurant attached, and it's clean, quiet and staff is friendly. Complimentary breakfast is definitely a perk as well.
