Oh overall, it was great. We did let them know that our shower door leaked when we took a shower all over the bathroom floor.

Very quiet and peaceful. Had a little trouble finding our room but once we found it it was great!

Excellent customer service! When we checked and some things were broken, the indoor pool and our room thermostat, they immediately corrected & compensated us better than we expected for some of the issues were beyond there control. They not only immediately moved us and upgraded our room They brought new keys to us within 3 minutes of us calling them, and helped us move our luggage just across the hall. They added the hot breakfast buffet and compt'd more of our stay. This hotels staff and management was extremely dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect, and more than we expected. We will absolutely be staying here again when we travel. We are also telling everyone about how great of service you get from this hotel, staff and management. We did them 10 Gold Stars!! Their Customer Service is top-notch! They made my family vacation a success, and my wife and kids happy. That is Priceless!!!!

This property was a little run down for a Double Tree. It was really hard to find our room. I don’t know how many doors and halls we traveled through before we found it. Things aren’t well marked. The atrium area was neat. It was quiet. We were worried when we arrived there were a bunch of buses in the parking lot but there were no problems with that.

The rooms were nicely remodeled and clean but the air conditioner did not work. It was very warm in the room. The on sight restaurant was advertised but no one was there to serve you. We waited around for the bar tender but he just kept saying he would be with us but kept attending the guys at the bar. We went somewhere off property to eat. The ladies at the front counter were friendly and offered delicious cookies. Overall it was pretty good.

Better service than first stay.

No hand soap. We asked the front desk and they said they were out. So we had to lean over and get soap from the shower dispenser attached to the shower wall every time we needed to wash our hands. Also, we booked a King room but when we arrived they were out. Breakfast was not good. Cold coffee, no cream. I wouldn’t pay for it. The whole place is pretty run down.

Very clean common areas and room. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It was a nice property

Decent place but they didn't clean our room one day and there was a bug in the room. The pool was not heated as advertised. Otherwise, staff was friendly and it's accessible to campus and the good stuff with a car.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous and professional. We will definitely stay here for our future trips. Excellent.

Indoor pool was in the middle of the rooms. Gave off a chemical smell. Light at room entrance didn't work. Not able to adjust the spray on the shower head. Beds comfy. Need to connect to Wifi in the room.

good basic hotel

First room was so humid we had to switch to a second room, in the 2nd room no matter what we did we couldn't not get the temperature above 67°. Pool is way we too cold to use and the hot tub was broken and removed. Noon of this was mentioned on there site.
