Bed was awful

Lady in the front desk night shift very rude. People in the restaurant chewing bacon while answering questions. Customer service in general no best quality.

Overall good experience. Room was mostly clean except some sticky substance on desk. There was a little odor in room as if someone had smoked. But not sure. Left to early for breakfast. Easy access to airport.

There are NO food options anywhere close when the hotel restaurant is closed as it was during our recent Saturday night stay. The rooms have windows that look out on the interior hallways, so there is no natural light. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. We would not stay there again.

They are renovating so strange smell and so on but they kept things clean.

The breakfast was great.

Horrible stay. The first room they gave me was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the last person. The front desk personnel were rude and unprofessional.workers hanging out in the parking lots around the cars.

Nice place, staff and fitness center. Breaking is amazing if you're on a regular diet! Pool is small yet nice. Seating areas throughout make for a nice place to read a book. Restaurant on site is very convenient unless your hungry past 10lm/11pm. Food is good.

It was a large and unique holiday inn for sure.

Bed is like a rock. Wasn’t the cleanest place inside or out. Had to call the front desk to check in while a staff member was just on the other side of the front desk wall.
