Very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Hotel is nice and food was good!

Rory was the best part of our incredibly short stay. Due to airline issues, we checked in around 3am and checked out at 6:45am. The room was lovely and clean, but Rory was incredibly helpful and professional.

I liked the fact that they had a shuttle to transport us to the hotel

The e lobby very beautiful but the rooms were not as nice looking and there was no outlets next to the mirror when getting ready you had to use bathroom or the one far out

Very nice hotel but value is a bit bad. You have to pay for parking and you have to pay for breakfast package. Only perk is the airport shuttle.

I have stayed here in the past. it has gone downhill; the staff is useless and doesn't even answer the front desk phone half the time. the food is subpar, and I was ticketed for parking a vehicle (400 dollars over the week i stayed there, and when i tried to clear up the tickets they ghosted me and stopped returning my calls. go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

It was a close stay to the airport with shuttle service. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. The bar staff was friendly. Catching the airport shuttle early in the morning was a bit chaotic but we managed to get a seat on one of the two vans. I would definitely recommend this hotel

It was nice, quite and clean

Rooms were beautiful and bed quite comfortable. Front desk very helpful. Shuttle driver, Sean, went out of his way to help me with an issue. Only less than stellar was the meal and drink. This could be improved upon. But definitely worth the stay. Thanks everyone.

We didn't know that you had to request to have your room clean everyday. So when we found out, we called and were told service was called and no one showed up. Our room had a smell to it and some of the towels were stained. I won't be back.

Very nice place conveniently located near DFW. We enjoyed everything with the exception of mold at bottom of shower curtain and noisy refrigerator

What a mess at checkin. The line for checking was out the door and down the driveway and it took about 2 hours. Not fun when you are traveling with a 4 year old. They need to properly staff the reception to handle their bookings.
