Management was not friendly and generally disrespectful of a female guest that stayed with me.

Big room with large TV and couch. Clean sheets and surfaces. Pillows were not great. However, the over all impression of the hotel is tired and poorly maintained. There are stains on carpets and couches, even in the lobby. The shower fitting was rusty and the 'plastic' on the toilet seat was pealing. It really has a feel of a place that has been going for years and not been refreshed or well maintained.

It was pretty short-staffed but the people on staff were really, really nice. It doesn't look like much, but the hotel room was actually very comfortable to stay in. I had one of the best nights sleep of my life.

I dont recommend staying here and it all has to do with 1 employee's lack of professional communication and skills. I've never been treated like i was an unwanted guest in my life until my stay here and interaction with the front desk receptionists with thick glasses. I traveled the world and she was the worst i ever dealt with.

They change my bed only one time and i ask for new towels and washclothes . They ignore me.

The property was very nice and affordable. The pool was nicely sized and very well temperature controlled.

Staff was kind and patient. Room was okay some misses TV didn't really have any channels, bed frame was damage, but the outside it was a lot of trash on the property and poor drainage.

Good location next to 95 and mall/dining.

This is not a vacation area unless you plan to drive to the beach or airport. Lots of stores, outlets and restaurants in the area. I think they allow people to live and or extended stays. Not high end clientele. The staff is very nice but we probably wont be back.

The worst experience of my life by far we get to hotel at 11pm and was not able to check in till 6am the next day is super Ghetto in all aspects never again

Comfortable beds

The check-In was a bit rocky as the refrigerator was broken, TV did not work and the A/C did not feel too cool. The front desk person wanted me to fix the TV and refrigerator problem by walking me through a couple of steps. When I saw this matter could not be resolved this way, they did offer me a room change. We had to repack everything and move to a new room. This is a sign this hotel does not keep after the rooms as they should. The hotel looks dated and it needs some love and better care. The photos looked good on-line, however it's a dated hotel.

The staff is very kind and considerate, especially Vanessa in particular who was able to help assist my family and I through some booking issues. She was patient and went above and beyond to ensure our concerns were resolved. Though we didn’t stay, we highly recommend. Thank you Vanessa!

I stay here every time. Clean, easy to get to, across the street from my favorite sushi buffet. Clean pool, got my $100 deposit back in 2 days.
