The staff were all friendly and helpful. The view of the river was great! Breakfast was nice. The pool was good.

Staff were rude. Bathroom was filthy. Breakfast was horrible. Food trays were empty Coffee empty no forks. Asked staff and they completely ignored me. Asked front desk and was told that’s not my department ask the kitchen staff. Then asked for a receipt at checkout and was told there computers were down. Asked for a manager and was told there was not one on site. Never again. Worst stay ever

All employees make this place a positive experience! Friendly and helpful. Specially the ladies that serve breakfast, they are both hard working and pleasant! The property needs to be updated, staff tries to make the best, but sofa and rugs must be updated.( our sofa was very dirty) Housekeeping did a great job with what they have. Location is very desolated… wondering who works in all of those buildings, never saw employees coming and going anywhere during rush hour. A few people walking, some renovations are being done around but we didn’t feel safe walking. Hotel is in a central location, we decided to drive vs. walking. It was a great budget hotel for Elvis week, and breakfast choices were good.

Breakfast options were a bit sparce at times. Some things ran out and weren't replaced, at least not for a while.

Great place to stay and an easy parking garage to find. On the down side, there were a couple stairs to get luggage from the car to the elevator! That was the only down side though.

The property was well maintained and the room was good. The property is a little further away from the Beale Street area than I thought it would be but still walkable

The hotel was convenient to the museums and activities. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Memphis
