Fantastic and cozy

A truly wonderful stay! We had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel in Zurich. Everything was perfect – from the elegant atmosphere to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely birthday gesture they made for my daughter – it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise that made our trip even more special. This is a luxury boutique hotel that has all you could want in your time in Zurich for a reasonable price. Excellent dining, clean and comfortable rooms and bed, a wonderful shower with excellent soaps and shampoo, great service and concierge, in a gorgeous area of Zurich and within walking distance of everything. It is quiet as well. I was delighted with my stay at the Ambassador and will definitely return.

Comfortable beds luxurious pillows were just what we needed after touring for ten days. Very handy location to inner city and to lake and river tours

This hotel had little to no customer service. They didn't give us information, nor did they have a concierge. The beds were rock hard, and the AC didn't go below 20 degrees celsius. When we asked for lighter blankets, they turned up with warmer blankets. Truly disappointed. Not worth the price.

Room was great. We really appreciated the upgrade. The only slightly negative thing we could say is we felt the bar could have done with a little more atmosphere.
