Great stay - love the pfister and their attention to the guests - upstairs bar had great view

On weekends the Pfister hosts large wedding events, and the participants tend to be loud and noisy and can result in an unpleasant stay. When out of the room for almost an entire day, was disappointed upon evening return to find the room had never been taken care of by housekeeping. Not what one expects from a rather expensive hotel.

Excellent option for couples

Best place in Milwaukee!

After so many years, still a class act. Had a room in the tower which was large and clean and comfortable. Perhaps the most trendy place, but seems to be thriving after 130 or so years. Service was impeccable.

Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay, offering us complimentary champagne at check-in. Our room was quiet and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had in any hotel. Dined at the restaurant on-site and ordered room service, both of which exceeded our expectations. We'll be back!

my husband feel warm in the room so he turn the AC on the lowest setting then in the middle of the night the ceiling is leaking, it’s like it’s raining inside, i like the place tho it’s beautiful hotel

ALL OF THE STAFF WE ENCOUNTERED WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED. BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND WE ENJOYED THE CAFE FOR BREAKFAST.
