It smelled like dog and cat piss then they charged me for towels that were already dirty

They charged me for something I never was able to take a big blanket j was walking and had no reason to take a big blanket when I had my own and the room stunk like poop because the couch had poop in it like it's never cleaned up for yrs.

I had random people knocking on my door all hours of the night. Even made a phone call at 6 am to the hotel desk becasue there was a fight going on outside. I checked in at 1030pm friday. Paid until sunday. Left sat at 4pm due to not feeling safe. Currently battling trying to get a refund because i felt unsafe and they seemed more upset about that than their guest being harassed. I even have a video of a random man knocking on my door when i was out in my car. They expressed 0 remourse.

Staff was not friendly. Hotel was very ran down. I was almost attacked by a boxer that was running around the hotel with out a leash. Then was threatened by a guest. I brought my concerns to the staff to not care and acted like my safety was none of their concern. He ended up leaving after an hour of checking in because the AC unit wasn’t working and they were not going to accommodate and not give us her money back. He had to get a different hotel last minute.

First of all the air conditioning system doesnt work n whole place. I got ate up by bugs. Definitely a total rathole. Not a single ice machine worked. The entire hallway smelled like urine. It was a complete misadvertisment and management said exactly, "i dont care."

Unclean room smelled either old or cigarettes, doorlock looked like it is about to break , gave me a headache rest of the day

Smells old and dirty. No amenities not even ice machine. My room lights didn’t work plus a cockroach in the bathroom. No tv working either then rain water started coming under the outside door when it rained.

Horrible. Absolutely filthy. Place was crawling with drug addicts, and homeless. We checked in, walked to our rooms, immediately walked back to the front desk, and asked for a refund. Told lady at front desk I did not feel safe staying there with my children. She asked me to reconsider, they had a security guard. The security gaurd was sitting in the office sleeping. I told her i would rather not, and asked again about a refund. She said that because i checked in, she would not give me a refund. We left, and i was out the money for 2 rooms, for 2 days. Don't book there. It's nasty, stinks, and creepy people around every corner. Looks nothing like the photos. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The pics on Expedia show a decent hotel You will be deceived!!!! Place is very dirty full of people i believe were on drugs hiding in the shadows of the building and dogs that barked all night. Dried blood in bath tub, tv didnt work no remote couch had stains all over it. Didnt sleep due to all the noise inside and outside the hotel room. Thankfully the car wasnt vandalized or stolen, and noone broke in and robbed us.

You guys at expedia need to erase thet part that it says...service animals welcome and not charge as pets... They charge no matter what and this is not the only one..most of the hotels that welcome pets and services animals will charge you..i show the person in the front desk where it says no charge for services anims and toll me thats wrong we charge for oets ans services dog and need to leave a deposit zlwaYs..

It was noisy missing glass in window

Okay I wasn't expecting to be put in a murder mystery room but that's exactly what it feels like with the attached smells to go along with it and like I'm afraid to touch anything I don't want to move from the spot I'm in because I don't want to get any more contaminated and I'm so glad that they're police officers outside patrolling in case they try and kill us cuz there is a Serbian dance guy outside my room dancing all over the place

The property in general was nice but they didn’t have the safest croud hanging around the building and it was smelly in the hallway and the room

Terrible hotel!!! Dirty, homeless people on the property asking for money. I could not stay here. I went to another hotel. Never again!

Place was disgusting. AC did not not. Smelled of smoke, vomit and cat piss. Left just after checking in. I would’ve slept in my vehicle before staying there. Photos on the website are lies. Did not receive a refund and was still happy to leave. Found a cheaper room down the street that was much better and as advertised. This place should be imploded as it’s time has clearly passed

I checked in Monday, and found out that the room I was staying in had bed bugs, the hard way… I told the staff and I was promptly allowed to move to a new room. After getting to the new room, I suffered internet issues that wouldn’t even allow me to stream Netflix. Upon telling staff, I was told it would be reset. The problem persisted… After a full day of no internet, I asked to be moved to a different location so I could utilize internet that’s included in my bill… I was told I could not be moved… I asked for a corporate number or email as well as an owner operator email or number and was told they didn’t have ANY of that information… Frustrated I asked again to be moved to be told it’s not possible when earlier today(Sunday) I was told I might be moved to an upstairs room after 12, and the gentleman who told me that, was gone before I could get back… In addition, I also asked why the heater wasn’t working in my room for the staff member to tell me they never lit the boiler… I’m anemic… I get cold… So there’s that…

Hotel infested with drug addits, and the staff Only care about the rent

This place has become a getto! A lot of people living at the motel. Very noisy. Smells like weed and mildew…could be that there is a weed dispensary in the lobby! WTH!! I will not stay again and wouldn’t recommend it to my enemies.
