Nice hotel, nice location

The bed sagged in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Surprised at the $25 parking fee. Lovely boardwalk by the water.

We loved watching the harbour. The furniture was dusty, likely from the popcorn ceiling.

Loved the area we were in, could walk everywhere. Central for sightseeing.

Great location and quality, a bit on the pricey side when you factor in breakfast and parking, but they were worth it.

It was close to the boardwalk so we could easily access the moonlight bazaar. The staff were suoer friebdky and the beds were comfy. Would definitely come back

Hotel is in a great location on the harbour and is conveniently located within short walking distance to some really great restaurants. The hotel itself is showing it's age. Rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff are great, and very friendly!

The parking situation is horrible

I will NEVER book with Expedia again because I could not get any return of my money to discount my complete unsatisfactory stay at a highly reputable hotel. Person before me checking out received 50% back because of her dissatisfaction but because I booked through Expdia Had to pay for parking which is b/s. Considering being a HILTON HOTEL not impressed with

Great Location. Rooms / Hotel getting dated.

Beds weren’t super comfortable, a bit old maybe. No microwave in the room, and short on plug-ins for chargers. Otherwise it was great. Very quiet, amazing view over the harbour, great location for walking Saint John Uptown, good, drinks and music. The biggest downside was the cost of parking, between $18 and $25 a day.

All staff were great, check in super, facilities nice. But, room needed to be vacuumed and dusted, was not ready to occupy. Short in towels, etc. towels arrived after third request, vacuumed the next day. Everything else about hotel was great, even about average breakfast.

Great place to stay right on the water. Entertainment, restaurants and small shops walking distance.

All of the employees were very pleasant and wonderful and very helpful. The hotel bathroom was a little grungy to be honest. It’s showing its age, but everything else was fine.
