This was the third time that we have stayed at this hotel. It will probably be our last. We had numerous problems with our room including the plumbing not working and flooded the bathroom. I ordered champagne to be placed in the room while we were gone to surprise my husband when we returned but no champagne was delivered...surprise ruined. We were moved into another room where our key didn't work and we had to return to the front desk each day to have our cards re-coded. Finally on the last day we had requested for a van transport because of the number of pieces of luggage and we were assured that it would be arranged. Guess what....the wrong vehicle was sent.

Staffs were very friendly. Hotel was nice and clean. We had issue with electrity but staffs resolved issue in timely manner.

Good location. Pleasant staff. Unfortunately shower and sink blocked so water entered bedroom. Took a while to be understood and moved to a new room which was nice

I highly recommend this place

Everything was very clean, the customer service was very good. We had very good sleep we didn't heard any noises during the night our room was on level 5, the hotel is close to many places so you would not get bored while you are in Paris.

We stayed for a week and was very happy overall.

The hotel was located in walkable distance from the louvre and Seine river. Hotel service was awesome. We did not dine in the hotel but we did enjoy the complementary tea time. The bar was also nice. We stayed one night and only seen part of the area but did not see many dining options around which we mentioned only if you did not want to go farther for dining.

We didn’t realize this hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, and our room ended up being quite hot. Being placed on the first floor, we also had to deal with a fair amount of noise. Additionally, the soap dispenser kept falling off the wall and wasn’t fixed during our stay. On the positive side, the location was fairly convenient and close to public transit, and the hotel is a good size for Paris. While the property is a bit outdated, we were overall happy with our stay. The staff were attentive and professional throughout.
