During my visit, the TV in my room stopped working for about 1–2 hours due to a technical issue. While this was a bit inconvenient, the front desk team was exceptionally friendly and did their best to make things right. I truly appreciate their efforts and hospitality — they made the downtime feel less of an issue. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a good breakfast. I’d be happy to come back again.

For starters the bathroom floor was disgusting. My fresh clean towel had long black curly hair in one of them. As well as on bathroom floor and in the sheets. The ac unit was set to 68° but it was very warm in the room all night. Made it hard to sleep. At midnight, they apparently disable the WiFi bcz all the TV stations went to CHANNEL OFF AIR. So I could not watch out listen to TV while trying to finish up my reports for work. Also it disconnect from my laptop causing the past 3hrs of work I did was lost bc it lost internet connection. If they are going to disable internet at certain times they should make the guest aware. Also hard to sleep bc y there was an annoying buzzing and ringing noise that sounded like it was coming from in the hotel like from some type of machinery or tool. Lasted from I know midnight to 2am. Could have been harming but midnight but I didn’t realize it bc tv was working before midnight. I replied back to the Spark text informing them of issues and never heard anything back from anyone. The breakfast is not even worth messing with. The pictures online def do not resemble the actual cleanliness and integrity of building…it’s very dirty and dingy. The guy who checked me in was very nice though. The girl in the morning checking me out was nice to me but not others and not didn’t even attempt to assist a man with language barrier. Honestly shocked by amount of positive reviews bcz it’s dirty dingy gross.

I greatly enjoyed my time staying at Hilton spark. I stayed there for about a month because it was close to work. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The rooms were very spacious and always cleaned and the staff was polite and friendly. They even allowed me to check in early when my flight came in earlier than expected. I would highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Upon arriving the cable went out so there was no tv for over an hour. Toilets didn’t flush very well everything kept coming back and towels had stains. Shower was okay but could use a little extra scrubbing. Ac was mediocre. Even on 69 it felt stuffy. Not a terrible stay but have definitely had better experiences.

As a frequent guest at your hotel, I’ve always valued the comfort and service provided. However, my recent experience highlighted a few concerns that I hope can be addressed: Front Desk Interaction: The new front desk staff didn’t seem as friendly or welcoming as the previous team. A warm and courteous reception goes a long way in making guests feel valued, especially those who return regularly. Room Essentials: A basic necessity like a trash can was missing from my room. Despite informing the front desk, it was not provided during my stay. This impacted the overall convenience and cleanliness. Breakfast Menu Changes: I’ve mentioned this in a previous visit as well, but with the recent management change, the breakfast menu has been altered. The earlier menu offered a variety of options that suited everyone in the family. The current selection feels limited and less inclusive. I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it helps improve the guest experience. I look forward to seeing these areas addressed in future stays

I believe its worth the price and especially for the most friendly staff. I am glad Hilton has come up with such economy prices and that helps me cut my expenses as i only travel for work.
