The room was spacious and had a great kitchen. The place was clean and modern. I like that is walk ok distance to some attractions

We spent two weeks at this location. Overall good experience although 4th floor was extremly loud (nighly garbage collection)from room facing street..avoid these rooms--seems you automatically get these when reserving through Expedia :-(. Excellent response from managment with a faulty AC. Problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes at midnight. Daily cleaning service was impecable. Highlight was daily full breakfast and friendly and courteous service from staff. Shout out to Carlos and Carmen during early morning breakfast hours, was a special treat to see them working dilligently every morning always making you feel at home.

Better than advertised. Such a large room with the wonderful kitchenette. Breakfast was awesome with great coffee. Staff was fun and accommodating. Terrific value in NYC!
